Takis apartments

Fantastic stay at Takis Apartments! The apartments are incredibly clean, modern, and offer excellent value for money. The host, and his family are exceptionally welcoming and helpful, providing great recommendations for exploring Ayia Napa. The location is ideal – close enough to the main square and attractions (a short walk) yet offering a peaceful retreat. We particularly appreciated the comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchenettes, and free parking. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Ayia Napa!

First of all, Marios was excellent. He helped us with all the information we needed to travel from Pafos to Ayia Napa. Studio is small, but has all the couple should need. Mini market is close, and we could use the swimming pool next door(did not have the time). Located not far from the center. Ayia Napa has pretty well organized public transport, so we could get to anywhere we would like. But we walked everywhere. We explored Ayia Napa a bit, and found that it is easy to walk towards Nissi beach. About 20-30min, almost as long as waiting for and going by bus..

Great value for money. Clean and tidy apartment. Very friendly host.

Wish it had more natural light and maybe a bigger kitchen, but with the price you cannot complain. Parking is available, but not the easiest.

We had a fantastic 7-day stay at this apartment. The location is perfect for exploring the island, with easy access to local attractions and beautiful spots nearby. The host was welcoming and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. There are supermarkets and great restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in a well-positioned, comfortable place!

We were greeted in the parking lot by Marios, who immediately knew who we were. he left us instructions with the most interesting attractions and where we can eat deliciously. he took the initiative to let us clean the room during our stay if we wanted it. smiling, positive attitude. The bathroom was even bigger then we thought. There was clean towel which is change went they were dirty. Kitchen had everything we need

Great communication with host, check-in and check-out were smooth. Apartment was very clean, providing variety of amenities. Perfect location if you come by car, easy access to main road to exit ayia nappa.

This apartment doesn't get much natural light, being on the ground floor with only one window, but it didn't spoil our stay
