the location was nice

-The smell of tobaccos is disgusting. - Used condom in the bedroom. -Blown lamps in the room -Towels were not changed during our stay - Cleaning wasn't the best and wasn't done every day.

It's a self catering

When I got to my room, it was a non smoking room bt it was smelling like cigarette, secondly the fridge was smelling, it had old food inside, and I was harassed to check out before checking out time.

I came back sick and discovered after seeing the doctors that there were bugs either in bedding or towels. These have left me with marks on the body and a lump on my thigh. I’ve gotten medical treatment for this

The location, next to a highway. It was not clean, no coffeemachine, no bottle of water, no plug to recharge phone/laptop. I can nor recommend this place.

No communication re check-in at property. Got there and was very confused as check-in is at hotel reception, but stayed in apartments approx 800 m from hotel.

We found it after looking around a bit. A map would be nice. Near the main police station. Clean and tidy micro wave and fridge etc. Perfect for the Waterfront. Very friendly Mr.Oncemore at reception at Sugar Hotel 5 mins away. Pickup service for Airport or Waterfront 10mins away. Suggest taxi for The Mountain Just there but a walk and a half. Book the taxi to pick you up . Lifts and security good spec for bay. Bar just outside

Getting the key back and picking it up. But it can be easy. Deposit required could be a good idea. Could be noisy if you leave the window open.Heavy traffic towards the waterfront,part of the excitement.
