Kaya Stay

location is very good with nice views and great surroundings, staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful they made us feel at ease

The apartment was spacious but one room was small.

We checked in at 5 and someone was still cleaning the place. The room was still full of rubbish and the pots still had to be cleaned so was not a good impression. The towels are not replaced during the stay and the rooms need to be cleaned properly. Stains on carpets and couches. Dire need of maintenance, the cupboard doors are falling off, the washing machine was leaking and the drier did not work. The two bedroom apartment did not have enough glasses and utensils for 4 people.

It's a very calm environment

The kitchen cabinets looked abit dirty n the kitchen tap was very loose. And we had to walk to get the keys n walk to return it which was quite unnecessary

Didnt like the fact you get to to building where the apartment is & they then direct you to a different building a 20 minute walk away to collect the key Plus they insist on repeating this to drop the key off as they are short of staff This should be their responsibility & not expect the guests to do this nonsense after a long day traveling Very selfish & lacks customer service

It was a well located property with parking on site. Spacious inside with comfortable beds and newly renovated shower areas, which were very nice.

The apartment was not as clean as we would have liked. Cleaners had left rolled cigarette in bathroom area. Patio had not been cleaned in some time. Some of the basics were also missing eg. Water/drinking glasses.
