There were a few broken things in the apartment and the place smelt like smoke

Great area, great space. I wore my pondo hair extensions on the 12th, coming back I put my pondo hair extension on the top shelve in the small double door cupboard, on the 14th it was no longer there. I looked for it all over the apartment, I still did not find it. I left on the 17th without my pondo hair extension. Am worried, this is not on.

Nothing at all!

You fetch the key from a different hotel,it’s such an inconvenience Dirty towels in the kitchen TV remote doesn’t work Bathroom sink not working Condom wraps and lip balm under the bed

Location was good - very central to most things and easy to find.

Picking up keys from a totally different location is inconvenient especially if one is not driving. It requires that you call multiple taxis. The air conditioner wasn’t working on the hottest day in Cape Town. I couldn’t sleep due to the heat. Furniture is also quite worn out in the living area. Very limited supplies - tea and sugar provided but no coffee.

Just the location and the bathroom was clean and neat .

The carpet was dirty and had huge burn marks on it The blinds didn't work properly There was no TV remote and the DSTV remote batteries were dead The fridge does not work properly There were multiple burn marks on the coffee table and the dining table There was no dishwasher and sponge or dish towel The cupboard doors were unhinged Overall the place was in a pretty bad shape and should not be given out again unless urgent maintenance is completed. On top of that, collecting a key in Greenpoint is very inconvenient and the receptionist was not very empathetic to the state of the place .
