Kaya Stay

I like the location, the set up is simple and easy and for a quick stay, it is ideal.

Collecting and dropping keys were tedious! 2nd stay - same scenario. Suga hotel, First & Second time - Collection of keys - NO ONE AT THE DESK - Then they arrived on the phone..... had to wait & wait.... First time - Drop off keys - quick & smooth Second time - AGAIN NO ONE AT DESK then he was on the phone again and again.... and we waited!!!! Eventually we were helped. What really annoyed me was the lady who was sitting I think in a treatment room, looked and then carried on with her phone call. - SERVICE PEOPLE! Get up and find the person to help the client. THAT SAID, the gentleman who assisted us, was polite and professional. While I really enjoy Kaya stay, the keys are a real issue. Would be best to sort this out... and perhaps collect keys on site. You do get lockable key holders and the guest is sent a pin, When you get to door, you pop in pin and off you go. OR even place key holder downstairs in main lobby. Security in the actual building are very kind and very courteous. **** Beds and pillows should have protectors on. #### Cutlery & Crockery & glasses a mix of various sizes etc, but to us it did not matter.

They don't allow visitors, not even my own daughter could visit me during the day. My cousin wanted to leave her luggage with me but the security said mo even our agent didn't agree. I regret staying there
