Cupboard doors falling off. Facility sinks it has VHS player. AC doesn’t work well. Burn marks on all tables and couches. Have to collect key and drop off at separate location.

There was no check in instructions sent. I was told to drive to a different establishment to get keys on arrival at our apartment

The round key for lifts & parking was not working.security had to assist ..was inconveniece . No spare key was available At check in , the Sugar hotel reception did not give proper direction as to which apartment. Which floor etc . Security at harbour edge had to assist for check in Nobody also said we need to check in at harbour edge also Upon arrival the apartment was smelling like weed On booking.com it showed there was pool & gym but nothing . Thought the room had a door but its all open plan with kitchen & loundge area .room not seperate Wifi was not working.no internet No iron available ..no coffee only tea beverage Too much noise from cars on highway close by

Overpriced for the place booked Very inconvenient being told you have to pay a R300 deposit and you have to collect the key at a different location and drop it again.. This should be mentioned before payment. Pictures look better than the actual place.. Furniture worn out.. There were only 2 glasses.. One wine and one regular.. We were two guests.. There was no cloth or dishwasher to wash any used dishes.. Tea and sugar was supplied.. No coffee.. There was also no salt and pepper like usual bookings

The keys were not waiting for me I had to travel to a different location. They argued with me that I was notified about this. The mail with the instructions arrived about six hours after the checkin time. I was subsequently late for a meeting. The attitude of the receptionist both at the venue and the location to collect the keys was impersonal and clinical.

Unit was neat. Balcony was nice to look over the city.

No broom. No mop. No dishcloths or dish soap to wipe down surfaces or wash used dishes. Bedside lights was not plugged in. Overhead lights are a bit dim.
