the kitchen area was filthy, all the units were sticky and the cook wear all need a good wash.

There were clear instructions on how to collect the keys. The key collection hotel was not too far from the accommodation. I just booked an Uber and added a drop, collected the keys and went to the accommodation. It of course will be much better if the keys can be collected at the apartment itself, but the current arrangement is not too much trouble. The host was very responsive on Whatsapp. The wifi was not working at the beginning, but they worked with me and sent someone to make it work. I had a long stay. Grocery store SPAR was close by. CTICC, my conference centre was within walking distance. The apartment had temperature control and a good selection of pots and pans in the kitchen. Room cleaning was done everyday.

If they can also include a washing machine, it will be very helpful, especially for long stays.

I had to wait between 30 first after calls for him to come out to the place to check what the problem was. At that point in time he had mentioned that on they had no manager on duty and that the electrician was not answering their calls. The issue occurred around 15:00. At 17:00 the issue was still not sorted. The manager suggested to the receptionist that we book out and they will refund our booking money ? I’ve asked for the manager to contact me and have not received any phone call where I’ve asked more than once for him to dial me. Poor customer experience. If you do not have a manager or technicians on standby then don’t avail your apartment on booking sites.
