It's not really that much of a complaint, but you need to work in some time in your trip to pick up the keys at a separate location, and then someone needs to come with you. Also with departure, you have to let them know and they will come do an inspection. Not really an issue, but work it into your timing. Rebecca was extremely helpfull and friendly both with the collection of key and the inspection afterwards

I love the area in which the apartment is located. The apartment was clean too. We are grateful for Rebecca. She was helpful and even when there seemed to be a misunderstanding, she was calm and very polite. She was also extremely friendly and sweet to our little one. Thanks Rebecca!

Heel ruim appartement met twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers. Woonkamer is netjes. Keuken voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Fijn dat er flexibele check-out tijden zijn. Goede locatie, centraal.
