This is the second time we choose this location. Our experience is always amazing, relaxing and refreshing. Our host is very hospitable and welcoming. We love the interaction.

Comfortabel, schoon, sfeervol, modern, op een fantastische locatie met schitterend uitzicht en een zeer behulpzame en vriendelijke eigenaar. Een adres om naar terug te keren.

Die mit Abstand beste Unterkunft in Kapstadt! Die Aussicht ist unbeschreiblich! Die Wohnung ist unfassbar sauber und der Besitzer ist ein unfassbar hilfsbereiter und netter Typ! Auch vom Preis her ist diese Wohnung eine 10/10. Für das Geld die Leistung ist eigentlich kaum zu glauben. Gerne wieder !!!

very clean, well-equipped apartment with everything you need for comfortable stay, good restaurant next to the house, nice host, perfect place for family or 4 adults

Arend’s place is amazing and he is a great and helpful host. We stayed there for 2 nights with our 2 year old daughter who also loved the place. The apartment is in a very nice and quiet area and has beautiful views from all the windows. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It is in walking distance from a tidal pool and also close to a nice restaurant. Highly recommended when staying near Simon’s Town.

Everything was perfect.

- L'accueil et la gentillesse de notre hôte , Arend - L'Emplacement , proche de la mer et de Simonswtown. A 500 mètres d'un centre commercial avec plusieurs supermarchés et autres boutiques. - La vue sur le mer à couper le souffle - La propreté de l'appartement. - Chacune des 2 chambres dispose de sa propre salle de bains. - L'espace généreux de l'appartement

- Le manque de rideaux dans chambre principale. il n'est pas possible d'obsurcir la pièce . Trop de soleil pour moi au réveil. - Les 70 marches inégales pour accéder au logement. Un souci avec les valises (bien que notre hôte nous ait aidé) . Le logement n'est pas à recommander pour les personnes âgées ou avant des difficultés à se déplacer

This place is a gem and the view is stunning! Arend was such a great host. Will definitely be back.

The views of the ocean were spectacular. We also lovely that it was spacious, and beautifully decorated. Everything about the area and property was relaxing and therapeutic.

Minor things like the absence of streaming services on the TV, and the toasterless kitchen.
