Security, flat, communication

The flat was very comfortable with all the amenities available.

Property was infested with lots of cockroaches which we had to self fumigate and property was also not cleaned properly after previous guest . Also the smell of dagga was really bad and the noise from next door neighbour was also terrible who screamed and spoke very loud in the passage and in her room next door at all hours that we had get out and hope that when had gotten back later in the evening that things would be much quieter but that never worked we thought of moving to a hotel but since we had already paid and would have to take the loss which was definitely not possible . safety concern around the vacinity was also an issue . I would definitely not recommend to stay in this area when visiting your kids studying in the area not safe at all .

Mattress was decent.

Lots of traffic and noise, otherwise it was okey.

The location, the views and proximity to important sites.

Lots of bugs, requested fumigation to be done, was told it would happen, nothing happened. Stayed there for 8 days, requested towels to be changed twice, was told it would but they didn’t.
