The Paragon Urbane Centrally Located, Modern Comforts

The location was central and close to the UCT Health campus (2min walk). The lobby staff was always helpful and responsive. The noise from the street was minimal,even during rush hour,but only when the sliding door was closed. The gym has all one needs for a workout as well. Close to major supermarkets and a service station close by. Central Observatory was closed by so we could walk to Armchair, Stones,Mr Lin's, Obz Cafe, a good barber,ect.

There was what I believe is mould on the ceiling of the master bedroom's bathroom. The microwave needs to be replaced,it short circuits (as if there's metal inside).

Really great flat, great location to the hospital and central capetown so was ideal for my stay. Felt safe and secure as there is always security downstairs. Very easy to deal with the hosts - they were fast to respond and very accommodating to any requests I had! Overall great stay and would recommend!

The previous people must have been smoking as there was the smell of smoke but it wasn’t too bad.
