Kitchen and lounge space is small for the price you pay and the location it’s noisy at night

The staff was very helpful and highly responsive.

The washing machine didn't work and one leg of the couch was skew resulting in uncomfortable sitting situation. It would have been good to have a Welcome Note with details of how things works around the accommodation e.g. what one should do when the rubbish is full or when to expect linen change.

The service was excellent, and the host attended to all the issues as per request.

I liked everything about the apartment.

Safe and easy to navigate main routes from the property. Property was stocked with clean towels, crockery etc; which was lovely. White bedding was crisp and inviting after long day out. We were able to receive visitors which allowed great space for all of us to convene in one space.

Showers need somewhat of a deep clean and the headboards need a good vacuum with dust accumulation on top of headboard. Cleaning lady knocked on our door 10 on the dot to clean! We were ready, but felt the pressure with her waiting outside the door. Great work ethic, but quite invasive at the same time! Our view was onto the roof of the petrol station next door; not the greatest or cleanest view.

Loved everything! The place was clean, staff friendly, the owner of the property communicated with us throughout the journey. It was perfect. Will definitely visit again

We have no complaints. Everything was great, very central. Safe area.

Everything was well managed. Neat and clean. All the desired amenities were well stocked.

There was noise probably due to wind. Full Dstv subscription and big screen would be excellent add on.

Nothing much

Noisy, the unit was on the main road. DSTV was not working, 2 broken dinning chairs, couldn’t use the safety deposit box as it was locked. Windows very dirty couldn’t really see through them. Paid extra for cleaning but no one cleaned.

The apartment was very spacious and well equipped , we were 3 friends and it comfortably accommodated us and all our luggage:) The location is very convenient and central, after day 1 the graveyard looked more like a tourist attraction lol

the pool had small kids unsupervised , this was dangerous and made us uncomfortable
