The Paragon Urbane Centrally Located, Modern Comforts

Centrally located on Main Road in Obs, a short walk from all the Lower Main coffee and thirft shops. (Don't expect silence; this is the heart of a very vibrant part of Cape Town, hence very close to everything, with expected city noise. The sliding doors and windows do a good job of blocking out noise at night though.) Very clean, nicely decorated apartment with wifi and TV and a standing fan. Lovely secure parking and 24-hour reception and security.

Staff very friendly and helpful

There was no candles or emergency lights for loadshedding.

It was Centeral to all the locations that i hade to go to

the gate sensors dident work and closed into my rental car

I would have given a top score. However load shedding was on as we arrived, preventing any chance of a shower or use of the cooker. The power came on briefly at 6 pm, but went off again 25 minutes later. It did not come back on until we checked out the next day.

The place every close almost everything, it’s very clean and the host communicated well with me and it’s the place very clean and spacious

The microwave didn’t work and the host didn’t leave rechargeable lights for loadshedding as we know that loadshedding is a serious issue in South Africa. At least if the host could have those for the people who stays at the accommodation

No toilet paper in my bedroom.
