Everything about the place was amazing.

The wifi wasn't working, and they don't tell you in advance or before booking the place that there is a fee that you should pay when booking in. I think it's to cover breakages, other than that I enjoyed myself.

As advertised. Perfect location. Awesome host and assistance.

The bathroom basin water comes out extremely slowly and the WiFi didn't have much connection. Bedroom pillows are nice but way to thick, an option for thinner pillows would be a bonus.

Although the check in procedure on the website clearly stated that check-in was between 2 and 7pm, at 13:30 on the day of check in I get a whatsapp message saying I must collect the keys at 2pm. At this stage I was having lunch with family at least a 2 hour drive in traffic from the accommodation. The host was unaccommodating and insisted that as she had a helper there who needed to take an uber, I had to be there by 5:30 pm. As a result I was forced to cut time short. The details for the deposit were also only sent on the day of check-in at 13:30 and needed to be paid before I could get keys. This should have been sorted out by the host in advance and not on the day of checking in. This all led to a lot of unnecessary stress. The gym is in the building next door and is in desperate need of an upgrade. It would be helpful to have a clothes rack for drying clothes as I do not like to use a tumble dryer - especially when the weather is warm.
