"A disgraceful dishonest & unreliable host and the worst customer experience on booking platform"

Everything - I booked this property on 04 Oct 2024 & contacted the host on 15 & 16 Oct to ask where & when to collect the keys. No reply. The host waited till the day when I was supposed to check in, to advise me that he/she (Gayle) had an issue with booking.com and hence had cancelled my booking at the last minute. I literally had only 4 hours to find another accommodation. It’s obvious that the host intentionally wanted to f*^%# up my stay because he/she has a long outstanding issue with booking.com - am the punching bag for their mess! Worse still booking.com customer helpline didn’t reply to any of my calls/ messages until after 4 days! That’s a disgraceful customer service . I expect full compensation from Booking.com for my refund and free accommodation for my next booking. I await your reply.

I liked that it had a GIGANTIC heater, which was much needed for the winter time and a fan that cooled us off. Security even came to visit us and had a good time altogether

They didnt wanna provide extra toilet paper when i requested, i had to buy my own. The washing machine stuck everytime i tried opening it to take a load out. The shower was SO SO unpleasant. The sparying was way too hard and (ik this will be too much info) but it caught my nipple and its swollen now. Would suggest they change shower heads for a more enjoyable shower
