Nothing

The host failed to provide key collection information and did not reply to repeated phone calls and emails as we travelled to the property. Consequently we could not access the property and were left without accommodation by the host. We had book alternative accommodation at night. As we were travelling for the funeral of a close family member, this host caused us unnecessary distress and disruption.
