Very comfortable just what we required would recommend to anyone.

From our point of view not much. We spend very little time in the accommodation. Working most of the time.

I recently stayed at this property and, unfortunately, it didn’t meet expectations. While it was generally clean, several issues made the stay less comfortable. The property was quite cold, and when I asked how to adjust the temperature, the response wasn’t very helpful. The TVs were frustrating: the one in the main bedroom couldn’t connect to the aerial, the TV in another room wouldn’t connect to the internet, and in the third room, you had to lie at the opposite end of the bed to watch TV. There was also nowhere to hang clothes, which was inconvenient. On top of that, despite staying in separate rooms, we were only provided with two single duvets, and the hospitality touches were lacking – there was only one tea bag provided. While the property was clean, these oversights and inconveniences made the stay disappointing

a great place where the owners care about the comfort of their guests. They even left us a bath bomb, which the kids were very happy about.

We stayed here before while working in the area, and chose to stay again as it has everything we need: safe, easy parking; quiet at night; warm and comfortable; enough space to relax; decent kitchen for prepping meals; good road links to motorways.

Nothing really to improve on. If you need somewhere comfortable in the area for a few nights, I don't think you could do better than this.
