Lovely, clean and comfortable. Good information booklet

It was a 2 bed property not 3 There were no refreshments as advertised.

A very clean house, great tvs with netflix already signed in. Even a stair gate at top of stairs, even though we didn't bring young children it was a good extra if anyone does

The shower glass rubber at bottom of glass needs replacing as shower leaks everywhere. Also a very small travel ironing board - would of been good to have a full size one. Nothing major, just little points like that.

Was close to family

The original add on Booking.com show all the lovely facilities that this apartment has but does not makes no mention that one actually needs to pay extra for all these facilities for example pay £90 to use a XBOX. With all the rules and how it comes across to you once booked actually makes a person very uncomfortable. I had no issue with the cameras but when I received a mesaage about the neighbours informing them about our dogs this is just lies because we never saw any neighbours. The 3 single beds need to be replaced as the springs have had its day very uncomfortable. Also with the central heating i do not think its is very goos hospitality that one needs to ask your host to put the heater on which also juat indicates that they in a very close proximity to be able to adjust the temperature.once we booked the accommodation we where told we had to give all the names of the people that was going to be here for the night security which there was none.None the less we where here to see family but definitely won't be back.

Only used for a short overnight stay but ticked all the boxes for me and the kids. No issues
