Clamshell Land - Royal Mile

Fantastic location for us. The accomodation had everything we needed. We were a group of adults and young people performing at the festival. We cooked in the apartment each evening, and the utensils etc were fine. Could have used extra tea towels! There was plenty of seats for us and space to chill after our very busy days. Being right on the Royal Mile is fantastic and close to everything. It does come with noise at night... but that is to be expected! Beds were very comfy. All clean and tidy. Very good communication beforehand and during our stay. Very easy access on arrival. All towels and bedding provided. A great stay!

Some WiFi issues at the beginning, but we sorted it. Need to add a potato masher to the utensils!

Steep steps to apartment for carrying luggage but not too bad unless you have physical limits

Location was excellent - on the Royal Mile. Apartment was as described. Well appointed and appliances all worked well. Washer/ Dryer worked well. Spacious kitchen/ dining/ lounge. No negative points for us. Excellent apartment. Stairs may be difficult for guests with mobility issues.

Amazing location, and the sauna was so good.

Location amazing ideal for the start of the Marathon (Purpose of the visit) and central Old Town.

It’s so hard to be critical but I have to mention the bath towels as they were very small.

Perfect location, well fitted out and good internal lay out

Couple more single rather than double beds would have suited our group better, but thats simply due to the make up of our party.
