Very helpful, lots of little touches considered. Coffee and tea biscuits etc to make the first day easier. Lots of adaptations for people with visual and mobility issues and everything working. Really helpful to have the spare bedding.

Plenty of rooms and space. Well maintained. Good location. Only 3 tram stops from Princes Street. Tram tickets can be purchased online for several days. This is cheaper than daily purchases. A few shops within 5-6 mins walk for any necessary purchases or meals.

I had contacted the company to enquire about what was/wasn't in the accommodation so we knew what to bring or buy. The response they sent was incorrect as there was more provided than they indicated.

It was perfect! Beautiful apartment! Walking distance to old town. Lots of restaurant choices and shopping near by. Senga, who met us was absolutely amazing. We had a tour that unfortunately was cancelled due to bad weather and the property allowed us an early check-in, that was such a relief. Made a stressful event less stressful. We want to come back to do the tour that was cancelled in couple years, we will certainly stay here if available.

The apartment is very spacious, the rooms are nice, colourful and comfortable - we felt right at home. Nice placement close to where all the jazz happens, but in a part of town/neighbourhood that’s a bit more calm and caters to slow living (we went during Fringe festival). Also, for a Copenhagener, the bathroom has an above average size!

One thing missing was knives in the kitchen - there was only one and it was like a big butter knife 😅

The bed in the master room was too soft . There was no elevator, so , it was a little hard with the luggages especially that we had 4 suitcases.
