Wow !!! Here is so amazing. So clean! Location good! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything. Even salt and peper and sugar .If I go back, I will stay here again. Senga, who welcomed us, also greeted us kindly. It was safe because the security was good.

Very well equipped flat, just around the corner from Playhouse.

Bedding is man made fibres. Curtains too thin so morning light. Traffic noise outside bedroom.

Excellent location. Just under 15 mins walk from waverley station. Spacious apartment for a new build. Well-equipped kitchen. Plenty of plates and mugs

Slight problem with the shower in the main bathroom but reporterd that so hopefully will be solved.

A clean spacious flat with everything you could want close to the St James area of Edinburgh. Special mention to the lady who met us at the handover. She was so helpful.

If I had one small niggle it would be the boiler is a bit noisy in the 2nd bedroom.

It was a amazing apartment, very secure and good location , very spacious would definitely recommend

Unfortunately we had problems with the heating hot water, there was a leak on one of the radiators it needed towel rinsing every few hours, then boiler stopped working so we had no heating or hot water for a day. Also the washing machine broke down, it wouldn’t empty our wash load, so we had clothes that had been sat in dirty water soaking wet in the bath until we left taking them home to re wash. It just made our stay uncomfortable and stressful as we was trying to sort these problems out when we should have been enjoying our trip
