Sumptuous 2BR Apt Next To Edinburgh Castle!

Location was fabulous, beautiful view over the city and the apartment was very spacious.

The location is fantastic. We had 3 tours scheduled and all of them were within a 7 min walking distance of the apartment.

There’s a bar next door so you tend to get a loud younger crowd outside yelling late at night and into early morning. It wasn’t bad though.

The property was clean, modern, cosy and the location was perfect. Stunning view from the front room overlooking winter wonderland and the new town.

It can be quite noisy with bins being collecting from outside of the bars, this some nights went on all through the night until around 4am.

Admin was good and the location outstanding. A fine, clean, spacious and comfortable apartment. Thank you, we were delighted.

The stairs to the apartment were fine but an issue for elders or the disabled.

The washer/dryer combo was not cleaned and had tons of water that was the worst smelling I have smelled in a long time. I would suggest bleaching it out and also cleaning the seal. There is a bunch of mold.

Location and view are outstanding Room darkening shades.are a plus and main room and dining table are very nice.

Beds and pillows need a refresh. As this is a great location, it probably gets a lot of use, thus pillows and mattresses are flat. Also lighting in bedrooms, over stovetop and shower in smaller bathroom need attention. Cleaning needs a better eye for details like placemats were dirty, dust bunnies behind doors and in closet, shower walls need to be checked for minor mold Kitchen faucet sorays out fast so we laughed as each person got wet. It is an older building so be prepared for squicky floors. Also be aware the windows are not soundproof, so you are often wakened to glass bottles below being put into a dumpster along with late night party goers returning home.

It’s is a nice plan with an amazing view. The property location is very convenient.

The room is up on 2nd floor and there is no lift. We have to carry luggages all the way up. Would recommend for those with small belongings.
