Cozy with Character Vibrant Cottage Style Flat at Leith Links Park

Perfect little property situated a 15 minute bus ride away from the city. (Numer 1 into the city) Such wonderful touches to make the accommodation extra special including tea cakes on the bed with meticulously folded towels for us when we entered the property. Such quirky decor with the most comfortable bed I've had at an air b and b and all the added extras including tea, coffee, hot chocolate etc. Amazing shower with underfloor heating in the bathroom. Morrisons shop within walking distance, pharmacy and a quirky little cafe. Was nice and warm and had a very cosy homely feel. Loved that they have games for the kids, books, playing cards etc. Very responsive host too. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. Love from Rachel, Billy, Rylan and Mylah xx

Flat was lovely. Everything we needed even a stove. Good location. Parking free though hard to manoeuvre as very narrow cul-de-sac. Perfect otherwise. Shops and pubs close by.

Very cozy with charm. The fire was an added bonus with logs available in the shed. You actually felt like you were in a quaint cottage. Very clean and well maintained. Lovely heated bathroom floor. Very easy to access. Any questions were answered quickly. We would stay again😊 Our family dog was very relaxed and so we're we.

The parking was a nightmare you have to reverse up a narrow street as there is no turning point and if you are too late arriving there are no spaces. Teabags and coffee would have been a nice touch (very minor issues as parking can't be helped and there are spaces if you don't mind walking a short distance)

The apartment was perfect! Can’t say a bad word about it- exactly as described and was exactly what we needed for our few days in Edinburgh.

A beautiful cottage in a lovely quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Everything was spotless and the rooms were tidy, the bedsheets smelled heavenly. The cottage had everything we need with a nice few extras like hot chocolate! My favorite part was the fireplace, with plenty of wood. Daniela was extremely helpful and made sure we had a pleasant stay, she was easy to reach and replied fast. She made us feel at home. Will definitely visit again.

Lovely place, fully equipped kitchenette, nice rooms and a small garden at the entrance. About half an hour walk from the Royal Mile, 10 minutes to a big supermarket, big park across the main street

We had a problem with the hot water boiler, but it was resolved quickly.
