Cozy with Character Vibrant Cottage Style Flat at Leith Links Park

We ran into a couple of issues early on, but the hosts were very responsive and kind and addressed very quickly. We loved the location - we loved the nearby green spaces and easy to catch the tram or an uber to downtown. The stay was so cozy and we enjoyed playing the games provided. Great amenities and the heated bathroom floor is a nice bonus! We would stay again!

We either misunderstood the listing or didn't have the detail on booking that the 3rd bed is a single futon in one of the rooms rather than a double pullout sofa in the living area.

Well located, cosy and comfortable

Lovely place not too far from the center with plenty of good bus connections. Very clean and cozy, good warmth inside and nice kitchen with all the necessary equipment.

We had some issues with the boiler one night, took us 20 minutes to get it to work again. The instructions regarding the key could be a little more precise, especially for people unused to lockboxes.

Great location. Lovely, comfortable flat with calming decor. The host was super accommodating, when we thought we might unexpectedly have to extend our stay. We paid a £200 deposit upfront, because we brought a cat, and that was promptly returned when we left. Highly recommend.

It has everything we needed during our stay. The Host responded quickly when we had a problem locating the address

We want to be eco-friendly travelers and we tried to recycle our waste as much as possible. But the instructions of the house regarding recycling bins are not very clear. We never found the green bin as said in the guidebook of the house.

Charming little property set in a residential street, very close to a park and public transport into Edinburgh. Great that there was a trundle bed available.

Mattresses could do with an upgrade, very soft which isn’t to everyone’s liking. The property is obviously old which is part of its charm but this also meant the bathroom gave off a smell at times.

Could have done with more chairs; there were only three round the table and three comfy seats.

It is a cute little house in Leith area of Edinburgh. There were amenities as promoted and the host was super responsive and accommodative.
