Cozy with Character Vibrant Cottage Style Flat at Leith Links Park

Very cute and well decorated apartment, good size, well equipped, decent location near the park and near some cafes and restaurants

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The mattresses really need to be replaced. There are huge pits / indents in the mattresses that are very visible. We also arrived to no hand soap and one roll of toilet paper so first thing we had to do upon arriving was buy these items which was a bit frustrating considering how expensive this accomodation was. I also feel like the shower curtain needed to be replaced with a plastic one, the current one smells like mildew.

Nobodies fault , but parking at the property is very difficult due to it being on an extremely narrow road. Pkenty of parking in the vicinity though.

에든버러 시내에서는 떨어져있으나 버스로 금방 갈 수 있고 조용하고 아늑한 곳에 있어 현지인들의 삶을 느껴볼 수 있었음. 이름 그대로 cozy한 인테리어와 실내장식들이 인상적! 정원도 아름다웠고 전체적으로 살아보는 경험을 한 데서 만족. 침대도 크고 푹신하며 욕실에 따뜻한 물도 잘 나왔습니다. 밤에도 조용하고 호스트의 응대도 적극적이고 자세했습니다. 잘 머물다갑니다.

낡은 집이라 바닥이 살짝 삐걱거리는데 이 정도는 괜찮은 거 같아요.

Lovely colourful and quirky flat. Very cosy and had everything we needed.

We had to juggle a bit of furniture to get our daughter into the 2nd bedroom with her brother rather than having to have her in with us! Our bad as we'd only read the top line description of the property and hadn't realised the single was a futon pullout in the main bedroom! We had to move the armchair out of the 2nd bedroom and put it in the lounge area then take the rather hard mattress off the futon to make up a bed on the floor in the other bedroom, padding it out with the extra duvet provided. But as I said that was us not reading the full desc properly.

Apartment was cosy and full of character. The host was very nice and helpfull . We fully recommend it .

The flat is beautiful, comfortable and has everything one might need. It’s close to a park and bus routes into town.
