Lovely flat with character in a good location. A few small quirks as comes with a period property. Lovely quiet area but easy to get into central Edinburgh. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

位处爱丁堡东北区域的社区之中，集合式住宅的一层，面积大概70平米的两居室公寓，布局紧凑，有一个前院。门口路边可以停车，对车技优秀和小型车辆友好，我们一辆X3，停车需要稍微骑一点马路边缘。整体入住体验还不错，就是两个卧室不一样大，一个卧室比较小只有1.35米双人床。对两个成人就有点挤。

可以把小卧室换成一个1.5米双人床，或者两个80cm单人床

The parking space is extremely awful, the street is narrow with dead end. We needed to reverse the car to get to the unit. Owner asked 250 for security deposit which was more expensive than my one night stay. So ridiculous. Staff at booking.com eventually waived that and gave me the code to get the key.

Communication was awesome, facilities fantastic, location great, locals welcoming!! I'm not sure I can do justice to how fabulous our stay was but here's a little info. We chose to do our trip sans car and rely on public trans only. My husband picked the location (I usually choose a location closer to city center for a first time visit to an unknown city) and what a fabulous choice! We absolutely LOVED "Cozy with Character Vibrant Cottage Style Flat at Leith Links Park"! The location was a 1-2 min stroll (if that) to the bus line and we were able to access everything we wanted to do by bus or foot. The nearby park is gorgeous with a grocery and several bars and restaurants within walking distance, or tram & bus if preferred. We did not have enough days to explore all we wanted and are currently planning a return visit with our plan on staying in this adorable flat again. Cannot wait!
