This is a really nice apartment: VERY large and comfortable rooms in a great location. Our only regret is that we only stayed for two nights and one of those we were out late in Edinburgh so we didn't make full use of the extensive facilities. You should definitely book this as long as you take the below point into consideration.

The only reason I couldn't rate this 10/10 is the parking. Not only were there no spaces available in the street but there was extensive double parking. I managed to park in the next street along, not far at all so no problem during our stay, but it makes arrival and departure tricky. This is not something the owners can control, so I would still urge you to stay here, it is otherwise perfect.
