Beautiful, Traditional 2 Bedroom Main Door Flat

the welcoming touches combined with the cleanliness and size led to an enjoyable stay

the only downside was no designated parking, however as this property is in a residential area of a capital city this is understandable

it was very spacious and had everything you needed.

The kitchen facilities and utensils were very complete.

The water drainage used a quite noisy electric pump to drain out the water when we used the shower, sink, and toilet. The noise was bothersome. The internet modem was very old and we couldn't get wifi during our stay.

Brilliant location for the city of Edinburgh and it's tourist attractions. The flat was clean, comfortable and perfect for 2 couples. The hosts were very helpful and responded to questions very quickly.

Parking is a big problem in the area. Luckily once a parking space was found, the car was not needed to get around Edinburgh. Many attractions are within walking distance of the property and others easily reached by the good public transport system

Lovely spacious bright main door flat. With good information on the flat, Edinburgh city and the surrounding area. Flat close to cafes restaurants and short walk to Edinburgh city centre and Leith.

Everything was good

It was a ground floor flat with its own entrance and small front garden and felt safe and private. Located about 100 yards from Leith Walk so convenient for both city centre and Leith We did not eat in apart from breakfast but the kitchen was well equipped

Front hedge needed trim. The ongoing tram line work on Leith Walk resulted in all the side streets being blocked off. At peak times taxis were delayed in accessing the street ( but did reach us)
