Beautiful, Traditional 2 Bedroom Main Door Flat

Apartment was well furnished with lots of character, and was very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent with good access to the city centre (about 20 minutes walk), docks, main attractions, and a wide range of cafes, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. The information provided by the owner was timely and comprehensive (see below).

The information about parking was inaccurate - there was no unrestricted parking anywhere in the street which was permit only on both sides of the road forcing us to find parking in an adjacent street.This was a key selection criteria for our choice of property. The second (smallest) bathroom was below standard - the bath being too narrow, too close to the toilet and therefore difficult to use for even an average size adult. Suggest a shower cubicle would have been better ? Minor point for info only, there were only 3 wine glasses (for a party of 4), one of which was found to be cracked on arrival. Despite all of the above, we did really enjoy our stay.

The flat was bright, clean and comfortable, well equipped and well located.

This apartment is beautiful. Clean, spacious and warm. Just set back from Leith Walk it is perfect for visiting the bustling area of Leith and an easy quick bus ride into the main parts of Edinburgh. The owners communicated really quickly and did everything to help us make our stay as comfortable as possible. I would absolutely recommend this apartment.

Beautiful property, had everything we needed and was a nice easy walk to the center.

The location was great, close to the centre and in a lively area.

Occasionally it was easy to hear the neighbours coming in or out but nothing bad enough to say that it was a problem.
