Location was great 30 minute walk to the castle. Close to every convince. Food shopping. Trollies.

Stylish and spacious and lovely and warm. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from Waverley station.

Spacious, comfortable and clean apartment, it’s very central but also quiet. Very nicely appointed and loved it that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Good kitchen with everything we needed

The property was beautiful and very well located with everything you needed for your stay.

The showers need a good clean as they showed signs of age and dirt in the screens. It would be good to have a coffee table in the lounge especially as it is such a large room. The fire didn't work and had a sign not to use it. For such an expensive apartment and given the fact it is advertised as luxury it would have been nice to have at least a basic welcome pack such as coffee tea sugar sachets and a pint of milk. Communication from the team was very efficient and quick to respond. However we did find them very unhelpful in any request we made such as early or late check out, if we could leave our bags on the day of arrival and departure etc. There was absolutely no way they tried to accommodate us. About 4 weeks before we were due to travel one of our groups daughter was diagnosed with cancer so was unable to come. We had booked on a non refundable basis but when we asked if we could rearrange it was a flat NO. They said we could cancel but would lose our fees. We felt they could have at least offered to readvertise to see if the property got booked again but they were totally uncompromising and quite frankly unsympathetic !

We liked the position of the property as it wasn't a long walk from princess street (about 5 minutes)and thought it was a very well equipped, well laid out property, nice and modern, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and a lovely living room!

The only negative thing I could say is the bedroom at the front near the stairs to the property could do with being double glazed to keep it quieter. However I am a bad sleeper and my friend slept in there the following night and didn't have any issues with noise at all.
