The inside was spacious

The location, the parking, the exterior lighting, the management company, the lack of rubbish bin, deducting $50 from security deposit for calling them after hours for that they were informed of late check in because if flight delays, back door was never locked and could not lock and our belongings vulnerable, poor WiFi, mildew smell from rotten carpet at doorways, filthy exterior, etc

Without question, the location! Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, Waverly train station, buses, tour bus pickups & Royal mile. Easy, fast spot for taxis to find. There are 3 spacious bedrooms with all ensuite. Everything was available if you wanted to prepare your own meals. Apartment very comfortable & lots of space. All members of our group enjoyed staying here.

Cleanliness could have been better. One toilet bowl not cleaned, heated towel rack in front bedroom needed cleaning so could hang towels, front entrance has a real problem with pigeon droppings (had to step over to get into front door) & was not expecting to have to empty the trash and take it to the bin down the street. Manager apologized for issues but did nothing to fix things during a 4-night stay.

The oven didn't work, and then our bed was a little hairy and not very clean, if only it could have been cleaner.

the location is excellent and the accommodation offers all that is required for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay

the exterior looks of the property could be improved and access to the parking at the rear even to load and unload would be a major benefit if travelling by car

space and location

there was a leak above the patio doors in the main bedroom that resulted in heavy drips in wet weather. The bowl that was catching them needed emptying 3 times one night/early morning because it was overflowing onto the carpet.

large clean comfortable rooms good kitchen French doors all rooms en suit good location shower doors need a wee spray of bleach and a toothbrush to clean them properly but I’ve been assured this is going to be done also outside front door needs a sweep apart from that it’s a great property

The location was perfect - easy to get to from the train station and close to everything we needed - restaurants, sightseeing and trains. The rooms were lovely and large and the beds were super comfy and the layout perfect for couples to have their own privacy. Host was very communicative when i had questions.

Nothing all was exceptional.

Large and spacious apartment. Everything we wanted to visit was within in a 20 min walk.

We thought the apartment location was perfect for what we needed. It was central and in easy walking distance from main attractions.

The outside front entrance doesn’t give the apartment much justice, we were very sceptical till we opened the front door. To the front of the property could do with cleaning up and looking a little more inviting.
