"A hidden gem in the heart of the Capital"

Loved that every room had ensuite toilets. Large bedrooms, especially the master bedroom which also had a jacuzzi bath and power shower. Additional bathroom in hall area was an added bonus. The living area was massive and very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Decking area could be accessed via the master bedroom and the living area. Plenty of DVDs and games to keep us entertained. Also has a dishwasher and washing machine although we didn't need to use them as only there for 2 nights. In a great location for visiting new town and old town. Carparks nearby and shopping centre and bus station across road. Only a short walk to Waverly train station. Plenty of good restaurants within a 30 min walking distance. Would definitely recommend this apartment to others. Property managers were only a phone call away. Were quick to answer any questions and gave us plenty of info on nearby parking.

The entrance to the apartment was quite messy and stairs needed repaired. Could benefit from being freshened up as feel this lets the property down. This was just a minor issue and wouldn't stop us from returning to this property.
