JOIVY Loft at the Brewery with Free Parking

Great location just off the Royal Mile. Very comfortable and cosy accommodation. Seamless pickup of keys and check in/checkout process. The host left some lovely snacks and a welcome message which was a pleasant surprise. Thank you! Beds and pillows were very very comfy

There is no replenishment of amenities. Kinda threw us off a bit when we were close to running out of shower gel and toilet paper. Since this is an accommodation for 4, an extra set of keys would have been helpful. There is a washing machine but it wasn't working, granted it wasn't advertised as one of the amenities but it would've been a plus if it was working.

the property is very good and its good furniture like the pictures, it has a good wifi..

the process to get the key and return it, it's too complicity.. and the form to enter the info of check in and check out is headache

Location near Royal Mile

Smell of urine from one of the mattresses, flimsy window blinds, having to collect keys from the train station and return them there, small car park which is too small for SUVs and which wasn’t made clear in advance.

The accommodation was very spacious, clean and in a very good location in the city.

It was very frustrating having to pick up/drop off the keys from the train station. While it’s not too far to drive or walk from the property, it was inconvenient and a lock box at the property would have been much better. This was the only downfall of the entire stay.

Location. Parking Comfortable size

Several appliances were not working- washing machine, heated towel rail, shaver plug, Old fashioned tv. Parking present but very tight for modern cars. Even a small family car(mini) was difficult to park in the allocated space. Difficult to collect keys from Waverley station if you are coming by car.

Absolutely beautiful place, warm, comfortable, fantastic location, we Absolutely love it our stay here.

That washing machine was disconnected and not available for use. This was one of our criteria to rent the pomace since we needed to wash clothes at this point of our trip.
