The location is excellent for Edinburgh, it is quiet, very little street noise, very near to all the places you would want to visit, plus not far from supermarkets and shopping and station. The kitchen is cute and has a drying rail you can pull up and down so that is great for the towels. There is everything you need in the kitchen, however, bring your own supplies. There were some tea/coffee and a few nice shortbread. It has a big enough fridge for what you need, hob and full oven, not that we needed it. Front bedroom was lovely and spacious with a single and what we think was a sofa bed, a table and chairs with a TV, it was light and airy with lovely high ceilings. The back bedroom had a double bed, what we think is a single sofa bed and a lovely beanbag chair. The lighting is slightly darker but didn't bother us. Nice decor throughout, with lovely side lamps and little touches here and there. Have a separate toilet is always a plus, the toilet was nice and clean with plenty of hand soap and towels. The shower is perfect, not big but has radiators which was handy as it was a little chilly. The shower is in good working order, but we did leave the door open when we were finished as it became quite stuffy. The hall has an auto light, which sometimes has a mind of it's own but it didn't bother us as we just shut the bedroom door. We can't complain at all about the property or the location. Communication was great with the owner and once we were finished we were sent our £200 deposit back immediately.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und ansprechend eingerichtet! Auch sehr sauber!

Leider haben wir unsere Kaution von 200 Pfund auch drei Wochen nach dem Aufenthalt, obwohl wir alles ordentlich hinterlassen haben, nicht zurück erhalten. Da kann ich dann nur warnen!!! Sollte ich die Kaution zurück bekommen, werde ich das natürlich zurück nehmen. Leider ist das bisher nicht geschehen!!!
