Old Town Centre Apartment 5 mins to Edinburgh Castle

Michelle was a fantastic host. The apartment was much better than expected. It had character, and the bathrooms were very clean. Thank you, Michelle, for the Jo Malone diffuser in the bathroom. It made a lot of difference. The general staircase to the apartment wasn't properly cleaned, but I guess since it's a general space, it really doesn't count that much. 2 minutes to Tesco, Sainsbury, Greggs, Edinburgh University, and Edinburgh Museum. 5 minutes to Aldi, several Halal shops restaurants, and Edinburgh Castle.

It was in the heart of old town, so the adjoining roads were busy almost all night.

Its clean and spacious even for 4people. The location is in central and close to several locations. If you wanna cook, utensils and dishes are ready to use.

The heater is working pretty well during our stay i guess but, out of it, everything is perfect for us. But make sure to climb up till 2nd floor without elevator.

So many places in middle of the Old Town for eating out, spoiled for choice. Apartment was right in middle of most historic area, 5 minutes Greyfriars Bobby, Museum, castle and palace 10 minutes and the Royal Mile 2 minutes away was amazing. Should have stayed longer! Hostess was great, told us all the secret and best places that tourists don't always get to know. Gave us a great plan for following day.

The location was excellent, very close to The Royal Mile and plenty of bars and restaurants. Parking bays were up the road but cost £7 per hour but free between 18:30-08:30.

I was unaware that I had to pay a deposit of £200 which took me a while due to poor network coverage on my phone. Anyway it got sorted and they refunded the deposit the day I checked out.

Het was erg koud in appartement. Temperatuur continu 16,5 graden. Echt te koud. En geen wastafel in doucheruimte is erg onhandig.

Many excellent breakfast spots very close by, really seemed like hundreds. It's a great area of Edinburgh, right in heart of all the history. The location was perfect for us and the apartment itself was very tasteful. Had everything need, all seemed new or well maintained. Looked as good in life as we saw in the pictures. Bedrooms were really big, and kitchen bathroom had all we needed but we ate out as so many traditional Scottish but also ethnic restaurants and cafes on the doorstep. Will definitely book again in future.

Everything was great, no complaints except could have stayed much longer in Edinburgh, it's a great place.

The apartment was so old (a lot of staff like door handles and the tvs was to old and loose) and the entrance to the building was smelly and dirty) the Owner was so strict and disrespectful while our stay and when we were checking out, also she did not return the deposit
