Location excellent. Everything we needed

Entrance and communal area dingy (not owners' fault!!) It was very cold in Edinburgh during our visit, and the flat was a bit chilly.

"Definitely planning to go back!"

Beautiful find so close to Edinburgh centre. Close to shops, restaurants and public transport, and a quick walk to the National Museum of Scotland where we lost ourselves for a whole day. The facilities were comfortable and perfect for a weekend trip with my two young daughters.

A little noisy at pub/club kick out time but nothing you wouldn't expect when close to a university town centre.

Posizione ottima!!

Probabilmente ad Edimburgo sono abituati a temperature rigide e quindi abbiamo avuto un po freddo , però ci è bastato chiudere e abbiamo ottenuto più calore. Consiglierei di lasciare 22 gradi costanti, soprattutto in inverno

Michelle was very friendly and welcoming. I was helped by her as soon as I reached the location and she showed me around. The house had a very welcoming atmosphere. I would really recommend to stay at this place as it is very warm and of good price. Thank you Michelle on behalf of my friends as well. They were really happy.

Try to keep shower gels and shampoo with extra towels. Rest everything was perfect.

"Central location but too noisy to sleep"

The location was central.

The main issue I had was the noise levels throughout the night, it was both outside and inside the building. It was not possible to sleep and I would not recommend for that reason alone. Communication could have been better. I had to send a photo of my ID three times as the host kept insisting they did not receive it. The entrance of the building was not appealing. And there were 3 flights of stairs to climb which was not ideal trying to carry luggage, especially because I was with my parents.

Lovely apartment in the city with spacious rooms and lovely decor. Reasonably priced compared to other options and perfect location for our gig at La Belle Angèle.
