JOIVY Sophisticated Apt near Edinburgh Castle

Location was great except the roads where closed. This proved challenging for elderly parents. They had to walk to the station for taxis

Only one bathroom for 4 bedrooms Took a while to gain entry to the property as online key doesn’t work Only one key 8 people

The room where nice, big enough, the living room is also a bit isolated which is welcome. quality of the bed and the kitchen is ok and the location is really nice to visit the city. I would say perfect for short stays.

A single shower for this amount of sleeping places ... this is very few Some rooms next to the street are quite badly isolated from the street noise. This causes difficulties during the night to have good sleep

The location was excellent. Within walking distance to all the sights.

We were arriving late, (after midnight)and were assured we would be all set to get into the building . Unfortunately they did not provide us with the correct link and we could not get in. We were unable to reach anyone and were stranded on the street with 7 people 2 of which were young children. After an extremely stressful time of trying to find a place to go for the night we were able to find a hotel that could take us. When we were finally able to get ahold of the property the next day they provided us the correct link to get in and said they would report what happened and get back to us with a resolution. A month later and they no longer answer my inquiries.

Flott leilighet, med en meget sentral beliggenhet i Old Town. Kort avstand til alle severdigheter, gode restauranter og bra puber.

På grunn av den meget sentrale beliggenheten, er dessverre leiligheten også meget støyutsatte. Det er støy fra gata til alle tider på døgnet. Så sov-i-ro er et must for å få sove.

Les chambres qui donnent sur la rue sont bruyantes, l’isolation phonique avec l’appartement du dessus est inexistante, L’isolation des fenêtres est très mauvaise
