The property management staff are top notch! They took excellent care of us. They were very responsive and super helpful. We had a problem with our checkout (we left a few things behind which we needed shipped to us at our next destination). They were really and truly phenomenally helpful. I give them an 11 out of 10 for their amazing help! The property location is amazing. Perfectly positioned for all the things we wanted to do. We would stay there again.

Rental units in Edinburgh are expensive. There is just no way around it. This particular unit is fine. Floors and surfaces were clean and neat and it was well equipped for what we needed. The shower experience was not great but also consistent with many UK properties. Thank goodness they have tankless water heater so at least we didn't run out of hot water when the family all had turns showering. There is street noise as it IS a city so if staying here you should expect that. We did and we got just what we expected.

Logement tres propre et tres bien situé, on peut tout faire a pied. Merci a Jordy et Graig pour leur disponibilité.

La rue est assez passante la journée mais la nuit c'est calme.

"Top logement bien situé"

La localisation du logement était vraiment top et la propriétaire était disponible et arrangeante concernant nos demandes. Appartements au calme en semaine.

Il manquait un peu de couverts (cuisine) pour une famille de 4 personnes et les couvertures supplémentaires manquaient de propreté (cheveux +++) Beaucoup de difficultés à comprendre le fonctionnement de la douche concernant la température de celle-ci.

"Overall we love the place and we enjoyed our stay."

Great location, close to almost everything. The hosts are very attentive and friendly. We will definitely stay here again if we plan to visit Edinburgh and would recommend to our friends.

Furniture is worn down already. The dressing table stool was wobbly and were scared that if we sat on it the legs would snap. The couch is also worn down and I think time to replace it.
