"Exceptional"

The apartment is spacious, bright, very clean. It is well furnished. In my experience Kevin has provided generously in the kitchen - crockery, china, glasses, cleaning tablets and liquids. Basics for cooking too. The view of the beach through the 3 large lounge windows is exceptional. We had a very comfortable stay. Thank you.

A fix on a couple of handles would be good when a tradesman is available.

"Great location, some disappointing aspects inside."

Location fabulous. Wonderful views and good amenities nearby. Kitchen well equipped. Main bedroom bed comfortable. Bathroom clean and good.

Second bedroom very disappointing, bed far too low for older folks like us and crammed in with an unwanted single bed in a small room so no space to move. Curtain/blind arrangement not good and main bedroom blind could not be raised. Door handles on bathroom and main bedroom were broken. Could use a lot more comfortable items - dressing table, chairs in bedrooms. Huge TV impossible to use for older people. Small TV in main bedroom nice but just a hole in the wall where another TV was in second bedroom. Very much a man's space but still a super location.

"Really enjoyed three night stay in spacious comfortable apartment. Overlooking beach with parking."

Spacious, large television with Netflix etc, dog friendly with a location overlooking the beach and promenade. Car parking on the doorstep with our own designated space, lock box at front door with excellent communication before Kevin before arrival. Lift an excellent help inside rather than having to use the stairs.

Nothing, no problems at all.

La ubicación frente a la playa. Portobello está a unos 20 minutos del centro en autobus número 26. Hay muchos sitios al lado del apartamento para tomar algo y supermercados. El salón muy amplio. Ideal para 4/5 personas.

"Lovely Generous size apartment in a great location overlooking the beach."

Location was superb, overlooking the beach and very quiet. The apartment is minimalistic but we Loved the overall spacious feel. It has a good size lounge, kitchen and bathroom and is nice and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. Kevin was a great host.

Minor issue, the Door handles on the double bedroom door and the bathroom, need fixing.

"Edinburgh Half Short Break"

The location is second to none. We never tired of the view. It was perfect for early morning and late night dog walks. Next to great eateries and a short walk to the main road and the bus stop. The apartment is airy and spacious and well equipped and clean. Communication with Kevin was easy and he responded to our messages promptly.

Nothing. It was perfect for our requirements.
