Clean - Central and nicely furnished

The flat was at the top of very narrow steep stairs and hard to navigate with a suitcase.

Very central location, right on the Royal Mile. Very clean facilities and the shower pressure and hot water was great. Nice to have access to kitchen facilities. Overall a very comfortable stay. Host was very responsive to messages as well.

The apartment is in a fabulous location with lovely restaurants and cafes within a walking distance. The view from the apartment is great too. It’s very clean and has everything you would need. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is very powerful which is great.

The location is perfect and close to the train station and edinburgh Castle. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. Great communication throughout and easy instructions to collect the keys. Quiet neighbours and the apartment was always cosy.

The stairs to the apartment can be a bit of a struggle after a long day of walking but this is no fault of the owner. The lock for the front door needs to be replaced or fixed as we spent quite a while trying to get in and out of the apartment as it wouldn't open. I would advise to take ear plugs with you as the windows are only single glazed and you can hear everything outside. The windows also rattled during the night with the wind so I didn't get a great sleep on the first night until I stuck some cardboard in the window which helped for the second night. The last little niggle was that the shower only had warm water and wouldn't go hot and didn't last too long for two people having a quick wash.

I loved how clean and safe the apartment felt and how quiet the neighbours were. It is in a great location with easy access to Old and New Town and Princes Street. Really lovely owners who gave me tips on where was best to explore.

Those damn stairs! Just kidding. Nothing to dislike. It was a lovely space.

The location was absolutely perfect. The apartment is cosy and very clean.

I only thing I would really say was the stairs to get up to the apartment, but it wasn't a problem for me or my partner.

The noise from the street was very bad
