"I think there is a huge potential but the property is very basic"

The location was brilliant for the centre of Edinburgh

Between the wires sticking out of the wall and the most uncomfortable bed ( springs where felt through the beds ) I was very disappointed The couches are not comfortable and everything felt very basic

Great size 3 singles and 1 double, high ceilings, nice views, reasonably equipped, good links to Edinburgh, 3 bathrooms, comfy beds, plenty of parking in street adjacent, good supplies of kitchen consumables..

Awful entrance way and stairs dusty , dirty and cluttered ...luckily the apartment is fine once you get past the entranceway 2 toilet seats loose, 1 shower door hanging off, dirty windows, a used greasy oven tray left in the oven , no cafetiere ...
