New 2 bed apartment with stunning views of Arthur Seat Mountain

Wonderful area.

Spacious kitchen and multiple washrooms.

Dusty and bathroom utensils not clean Entrance very unkempt DIY/building equipment all around stairways common corridors leading to flat. 3 singles in a double room but cramped. Could use larger lounge for sofa bed. Cables tied and taped in hallway ? Phone or entry system wiring.

Big and cozy

Convenient location. Walking distance to shopping centre. Owner was very responsive and provided detailed check in instructions.

The building appeared to be under renovation - with sawdust and building materials right up to our entry. We were not affected by the noise of any renovations, however there was some traffic noise. Better quality eating utensils and linen would be desirable.

Convenient location, apartment appears pretty clean and neat

Apartment seems new and clean but relatively poor workmanship, minor problems such as TV did not work and loose toilet seats. One of the single bed was unstable and unconfortable to sleep as there are wheels?

Very spacious, lots of natural light, good facilities. Quick and cheap bus ride into the centre of Edinburgh. Very quiet location. Plenty of parking around but for weekend only, otherwise everywhere seems to be no parking during the week.

Wasn't really clean enough - floors were sticky/dusty in some areas. Long brown hairs in the bed (I'm blonde and have noticed this in other reviews too), a bit gross to think they hadn't changed the bedding. Half full costa coffee left in the fridge, food on the floor... Seems a bit of a work in progress there were cables randomly sticking out of walls in a few places, which doesn't seem safe with young kids around. Text on arrival saying "late check outs will be automatically charged £150" and there was a guy sat waiting outside the apartment block waiting to check this - seems like they're just trying to make some easy money. Wouldn't mind so much - but they were late in sending us check in instructions (after the check-in time) - seems a bit one sided when we couldn't use the apartment for the times we'd paid for?

Property was well equipped for family, clean & cosy.
