New 2 bed apartment with stunning views of Arthur Seat Mountain

Convenient location to downtown Edinburgh. Plenty of on street parking adjacent to the property.

Cleanliness was not up to expectations. Urine on the bathroom floor, long dark hair on one of the single beds. Towels were like nothing we have ever experienced anywhere: they were textured with little knobs that felt like sandpaper. We actually went out and bought our own. The accommodation it self is recently renovated but the rest of the peoperty is a work in process, with construction debris, one must pass through unfinished areas to assess, and the exterior of the property is filled with junk, including construction debris, overgrown shrubs and grass and discarded furniture.

Wonderful place

when we first arrived, we were a bit concerned seeing the Construction materials in the yard and in the stairwell but the apartment was beautiful and no construction noise heard. building is in transition.

Good bus links into city centre

It was unfinished with wires sticking out of the walls. Towels were hard and bed linen if poor quality. Issues with dripping shower and flashing lightbulb.

Big apartment, everything looked new and clean. Location is good, not far away from city centre by bus. Bus stop is 2 minutes from apartment and bus to city center leaves every few minutes.

All 3 single beds feel smaller than standard single bed and mattress is not very comfortable. It is a bit of a struggle not to fall off the bed during the night for adult. Also Internet connection worked for few hours when we arrived but then stopped working and we weren't able to connect to the Internet for the rest of our stay. To be fair we weren't really trying to fix it as all of us have data on the phone.
