New 2 bed apartment with stunning views of Arthur Seat Mountain

Spacious, three bathrooms so good for a group that are all going to be using the facilities at the same time, fairly quiet area, good WiFi, central heating great

Some of the kitchen appliances are very used and borderline dirty due to use, not enough seating in lounge and sofas uncomfortable, no lock on the main building door so anyone can walk in off the street, beds are small for adults

The fact there was 3 bathrooms, plenty parking

Double bed seemed more like a small double. Dishwasher but not even 1 tablet for it. Sleeps 5 people but only 3 sofa spaces and only table for 4. Sofa very uncomfortable, dirty cloth left in kitchen, last customers chocolate powder left in jug

The flat was very good. Quite place. Excellent location.

Fantastic large and bright apartment, new clean kitchen and bathrooms - bonus to have two en-suites and a bathroom. Comfy beds, easy and free parking right outside. Lovely quiet location but not far from city centre (bus or £10 Uber)

Our only fault were the sofas - apartment has beds for 5 people, but only sofa seating for 3 which was a bit awkward and the sofas themselves were hard and uncomfortable.

The apartment is in a lovely area. It is a little further out of central Edinburgh but there are regular bus services. The apartment is clean, spacious and modern. Having three bathrooms was very useful.

The three single beds are really uncomfortable and the mattresses definitely need replacing. They are old, saggy and one can feel the springs sticking out . The mattresses affected our sleep badly. Some of the kitchen equipment is old and looks grubby e.g. some of the large utensils, the chopping boards and the pans. The kitchen drawers need a good clean.
