FAULTY heating system in bedroom and Toilet extremely cold both places with dirty sofa bed. If you are from UK or cold area so avoid this flat you should ill in a first night in a winter.

Check-in was easy with clear instructions via WhatsApp. Communication with the owner was fast and helpful. We only needed a room to sleep for one night before catching our flight the next morning. So can't really tell anything more about the vicinity of the place.

Getting there via public transport was very difficult, because the bus service wasn't listed on Google maps. Also getting to the airport wasn't as quick and easy as some of the previous review let me believe. The tabacchi was closed and we ended up paying 7€ per person for a 5min bus ride after having already walked 1/3 of the distance to the airport. It probably wasn't the public bus service but some private bus service instead, but at that point it didn't matter anymore since we had to get to the airport. Not the owner's fault though, she was very helpful with advice on how to get to the airport and drawing maps. And had we just called for a cab we could have avoided the trouble.

Area was quite 😊 good

Ac in the bedroom was not working. They said Hall Ac is good enough to cool down both the rooms but it wasn't. We slept without Ac in 35 degree temperature. The blanket was not given Of course we didn't want that but one of my friends could not sleep without having a blanket. These are two major drawbacks.

Lots of space! Spotless! Not far from the airport so it was perfect for our family with a late flight. Air conditioning.
