Close to airport and the beach. It was lovely to walk to the beach and say farewell to the Mediterranean Sea at the end of our holiday. Communication with our host was very prompt.

Hard to find gas switch. Two keyed entries. The information our host gave about the buses from the airport, was possibly outdated as we were unable to find the bus stop that he suggested

It was near to the airport and the apartment was very clean. The staff was nice too, but she couldn't speak any english.

As it is near to the airport you hear the loud airplanes passing by. You need to enter the master bedroom first when you want to shower or use the toilet.

The accomodation was very affordable, clean, comfortable and more than acceptable. The host was helpful and assisted with booking a taxi for my departure which was early the following morning.

There was nothing to dislike.

The rooms were simple and clean. It was possible to arrive late (flight arrived at Fiumacino after midnight) and collect a key from a lock-box.

The air conditioning was out of order and the sound of late air traffic to the nearby airport quite loud, especially as the windows had to be open to let in cooler air during the night. This could have been better if the air conditioning was working! Only reachable by taxi from the airport - no reliable bus service nearby.

Nice, pleasant, comfortable accommodation in a beautiful location. We were very satisfied.

The local transport is rather difficult. Few tips how to get there from the airport: the bus is going only to the centre of Fiumicino, price is 6 euro per person and you cannot buy tickets inside (nor by card nor by cash) - you need some local mobile application or, maybe, you have to find some coffee shop (?) in the huge airport. This is information from a bus driver, who left us on the bus stop . We were really tired, travelling from an expedition from a distant non-European country. It was a desilusion, because in that "underdevelopped"country local transport functioned well, the buses to nearest airport destination went often and it was possible to pay by the driver a reasonable price, and also there were enough taxis. People at the airport information office told me that they do not know anything about Fiumicino, even the time-table of local buses, because they focus only on Roma, what left me shocked (there were 3 information centre workers and I was the only client asking for advice). The airport taxis go mostly to Roma as well. Local taxis stayed in a line without drivers (no pedestrian crossing to them). According to one taxi driver, who went away, the price for these 6 km is 40 euros. The taxi phone number written in the acommodation did not work - nobody answered the call . There is no pavement for pedestrians from the airport to the town. (There were huge slogans about no-emissions, ecology etc. etc. in the airport....). We found the best way for a group of people (a family) with luggage or to directly rent a car or to use "Google maps taxi" (we used it next day to go to the airport, the price was 25 euros)-

The apartment is as on the pictures. Nice and spacious. I only staid one night before my morning flight. I was suggested a very nice restaurant by the owner, so I highly recommend Da Cacio e Pepe walking distance from the apt.

The street is a dead end so you'll need to go out all the way back. Beware that taxis in the area are still expensive! So to get to/from airport you'll need 25-30eur each way (despite 4km distance). The only strange thing was when I asked one more cover for my friend the owner said she has only one...

We were there for one night only. We had supper in a nearby restaurant recommended by the host. Very good restaurant

The only black spot was the transportation from the airport. We got ripped off by the Taxi that took us from the airport to the house. Take a local taxi to go to Fuminicio. When we arrived in Fuminicio there were no local taxis in Terminal 3 (local taxis have their own line). One of Rome's taxis "kindly" offered his services and we ended up paying for a very expensive ride. Ask the host to help you call a taxi and you will notice the price difference ($25eur vs $50eur)
