The host and family where very accommodating and nice ,,, the accommodation was clean and it's very easy to get to the airport with just 10 minutes. I will always recommend DELUXE HOUSE OF LOTOS to anyone.

Everything is okay there accept locating a supermarket.

Comfortable bed, made up a spare bed for my daughter which was nice. The woman let us in late. Communication via WhatsApp was efficient

Location is ok, complicated to call a taxi in the morning. Upon entrance we were told more things that we couldn't do or touch than what we could. Shutters on the window give no natural light. The neighbour let us in. We asked her if we could leave a small backpack with her to explore Rome for a bit - you can't. We were told to check out at 10.30 probably the earliest check out from anywhere I've stayed all over the world. We arrived at 1.30am and had a big bang at the door 10.30am sharp to hurry us out of the apartment. We hadn't touched a thing, just slept and left. If you need to leave early it could be great, but after so many stays in hotels and rentals around the world I wouldn't consider this place a great stay. There are a few options that are much cheaper, with reviews of super helpful and accomodating hosts. Wish we had chosen one of those... Next time. But if you want something friendly, easy, a beautiful stay experience however short, I wouldn't suggest this place at all.

Spacious, rather clean, lots of room for personal belongings, comfortable bed in the bedroom, nice garden, easy check-in procedure

No kettle, difficult to use kitchenware, poor soundproofing, inconvenient location if you travel without a car(30 min walking to the beach or to the center), taxi to/from airport costs 25-28 euro for a 10 minute ride, awful flush in the toilet
