It was on the beach

You had to wear a wristband when staying at property. You had to pay $30 each for the key fob. The sink in our bathroom was not attached to the wall. The workers did not say anything to us when we would arrive or leave. Did not greet us in any way or ask if we needed anything. There’s only a little cafe there. Not many restaurants nearby

We had inquired for a wheelchair accessible accommodation and this one was listed as accessible but the wheelchair didn't fit through the bathroom door

I am, how much of an investment is it to make an appartement just a bit nicer? Bed sheets, dishes, cutlery, glases… All really old. Limited sheets and pillows for the sofa bed. Why?? Why buying the cheapest mattress and furniture? All the broken toasters, chairs should be removed, or is the ower waiting the sell them as antique?

Apartment didn'nt face the ocean as I belived it did. It faced a very busy road which made it impossible to sit on the terrace and enjoy the evening. The noise was unbearable

Pool area and beach are nice. Location is good. The place was cleaned very well, although there's more to that. The unit was well stocked by the host (beach chairs, umbrellas, shopping cart, kitchen appliances, towels, extra sheets... Anything you could need really)

The place wasn't as nice as pictured - it looked tired and dirty (the white walls need a repaint as they were full of black marks, the sofas had black marks all over them, the floors were scuffed up, the ceiling tiles were black and gross - can't believe there's ceiling tiles in an apartment in 2024 - the bathroom sink wasn't properly attached to the vanity). All this unfortunately made you think it wasn't clean up front - but upon closer inspection it was well cleaned, just not well maintained at all. The beds were AWFUL. The mattresses lumpy and uncomfortable, the pillows were terrible, the comforters were stained and not really appealing. The couches clearly fold into beds, but every time you sit on them the back would slide (we couldn't figure out how to lock them in place if it was able to be). The balcony chairs looked like they could break at any moment. The sound insolation is TERRIBLE. You could hear all the road noise at night, as well as other units, and even conversations from other units if they were loud enough. Then the building.... $35 per day for parking if you have a car, plus it's valet only, so you don't even have free access. They charge you $30 for ONE fob to access the building, they don't even give you two for that price. AND they make you wear a bracelet like you're at some sort of resort. Oh, and the shower head wasn't properly connected and sprayed water all over the bathroom when we first turned the water on.

the coffee pot didn’t work but he got us a different one the next day, had to ask for extra toilet paper, other than that everything was good
