The condo was spacious and clean. The host provided a fully furnished apartment with everything I needed to make my stay enjoyable. The shower head broke during my stay and after contacting the person responsible for the apartment, it was fixed within hours. Check-in and check out was smooth.

Very little staff spoke fluent English and wasn't helpful when I had a question concerning the washer/dryer machines. The fact that guests are forced to put a minimum on the card is frustrating. The washing machine charged two loads to the card while I was only doing one load. Customer service was not able to help or refund me the extra charge and blamed it on a third party company. The Tides complex is a little outdated. The fact that the pool area closes at 8pm and that the complex does not allow people to sit around the pool and have a drink and talk means that there isn't much to do at night on the premises.
