Good location. Little "bemused" by the name Harrogate Serviced Apartments - the apartment was not serviced during the time we were there - not that it really mattered but name misleading!

The flat was nice and comfortable. Good position and off road parking

On arrival there was another couple there by mistake. The manager wouldn't come out and didn't apologise and blamed the other couple for being in the wrong flat. I read the email to the other couple and it was identical to mine. A simple, 'I am so sorry, I must have made a mistake' would have made the difference on my feedback. Eventually, we simply swapped our bedding and towels and the other couple cleaned as best they could. I expected a cleaner to come in considering the mix up, or a small discount considering that following a five hour journey, both the other couple and myself spent an hour reorganising, but no. We all make mistakes, and it takes very little to apologise and take responsibility. First the other customers were blamed, then the cleaner. One has to ask where the manager's responsibility lies. A quick call from her to both flats to check that everything was alright and ask if we needed anything would have been considerate, too. If the manager takes the feedback on board and invests time and thought in customer care, I would go again.
